Using hops grown in Gozée, Epectase has all the classic characteristics of a Belgian triple: blond, strong nose, slightly spicy taste brought only by yeast, a malty taste and a pleasant presence of alcohol. However, the use of a blend of cold hops gives it a light and subtle fruity aroma making it unique and very easy to drink.
