Boriner Vice
The Boriner Vice is a Berliner Weisse, obtained by the sour kettle technique (acidification of the wort in the boiling vat). The roast is blond, pale, veiled. The aromas are marked by a powerful dryhopping of hops bringing notes of citrus fruits (Mandarina, Bavaria) and white grapes (Hallertau blanc). On the palate it is like a sure candy, it is fruity, tart, dry, ultra thirst-quenching.
